Ulrike Rohn: Teaching Media Entrepreneurship – Cultivating an Entrepreneurial Mindset

Ulrike will share her approach to teaching entrepreneurship in the context of the creative and media industries. Rather than focusing narrowly on start-up creation, her work emphasizes developing an entrepreneurial mindset—a way of thinking and acting that empowers students to navigate uncertainty, identify opportunities, and create value within diverse professional contexts.

Her talk draws on two key experiences: a recently published paper co-authored with colleagues from Germany, Sweden, and Ireland, and a course developed and delivered together with Tanya Escudero (TÜHI) as part of the C-Accelerate project.
